APA – Lagos (Nigeria) Nigeria’s Federal Executive Council (FEC) has approved N4.56 trillion (about US$30.4 billion) as the aggregate expenditure limit for the 2011 fiscal year, Nigeria’s Minister of Information and Communications, Professor Dora Akunyili, told journalists after the weekly FEC meeting on Wednesday in Abuja.
